Monia Ben Larbi
As a graduate of international relations and Diplomacy (B.A.) and human resource management (M.A.), Monia Ben Larbi specialises in mediation and facilitation in organisational contexts, particularly in non-profit organisations and New Work. As a mediator and mediation trainer, she has many years of experience in the development and design of inclusive work processes, with a particular focus on promoting inclusive forms of work for the chronically ill.
In the course of her career, she has developed master's programmes on public policy, potential development and occupational health management. She initiated projects such as Schule im Aufbruch and Dörfer im Aufbruch and is involved in the creation of online courses on topics such as school transformation, inner worlds in mediation and learning in organisations.
As host of the exchange platform for reinventing organisations, she promotes dialogue on innovative forms of organisation. She also contributes to the training of future mediators as an associate member in the field of Mediation and Conflict Management. Her approach places a particular focus on the internal perspective and reflective practice of trainee mediators.
