Process support in university structures

Based on the Viadrina studies on conflict management programmes and systems, the Institute develops analyses and concepts for universities and non-university scientific institutions in the field of conflict management. IKM employees also advise management and decision-makers on customised approaches; organise training courses for management levels, staff representatives and employees; and design and support strategy and profile-building processes, such as the development of mission statements and visions. In collaboration with the process owners, they also develop participation models and graduated participation formats.
